Whilst we endeavour to ensure everything leaves us in perfect condition, very rarely a product might not arrive as expected. If it is damaged please return it to us at:

Please state if you would like a replacement and give us your full contact details including phone number. We are sorry that for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on earrings and hair accessories, unless they are faulty. We are also unable to accept returns on any personalised orders.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, unless it is a personalised item, please return your goods back to us within 14 days. The items must be unused, in their original packaging and original condition. We will gladly refund your item(s) for you. Please take it to your local Post Office and obtain a proof of postage certificate.
We reserve the right not to refund the item if it shows any damage/wear or tear on it’s return.
We are sorry but we cannot refund postage costs.
Jewellery items purchased are sent out boxed in a padded bag. Other items will also be packaged securely in a padded bag. Each parcel will require a signature on arrival to ensure your purchase has reached you. If for any reason your parcel does not arrive, please contact us and we will give you details of the consignment number.

Joya Parties - for fundraisers or fun
Having a private party means you can browse to your heart's content, ask as many questions as you want and try on the jewellery without distractions.
Our parties can be times to suit you and can be arranged outside of our normal opening hours.
If you host one of our parties a percentage of the takings at the event, will be donated to the charity of your choice. If it is a private party you will be given a gift voucher to spend against anything you like in our store.
We will provide a relaxed environment, providing any refreshments if required, but an assured good time for all, will be our priority.
You will be able to purchase your choices there and then and take them away with you. We can also order lines in for you, if in stock - (items for personalisation will need to be ordered). All normal purchase conditions will apply.

Private Viewings
Don't have time during the day? Planning a special occasion and do not want to be rushed? We are also available for private viewings outside of opening hours, where yourself and your friends can view our products and ask any questions, allowing you to make your purchases in a more relaxed environment.
Where possible we will try to find that perfect item for you. If it is one of our brands, but we do not have it in stock, we can look into finding an item for you.
