Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders. By ordering goods from us you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms. The supplier of the goods featured is Joya, a trading name of Joya Retail Limited. Registered office Horley Green House, Horley Green Road, Claremount, Halifax, West Yorkshire HX3 6AS. Orders

A contract is formed between Joya and you when we despatch the goods you have ordered. Exceptions apply to personalised items and goods made to your order, orders for which cannot be cancelled once you have received email confirmation that your order has been accepted. Delivery Charges 

Our delivery charge to mainland UK is just £3.95 no matter how large your order. For delivery outside the UK, please contact us for information at info@joya-uk.com

Returns

Returned items which are not in new or unused condition or which are returned after the approval period may refunded unless they are faulty. If you return the whole order we will not refund the delivery charge of £3.95 as this part of our service to you has been completed.

No refunds or exchanges can be given on items made to your specification, such as personalised goods.

For hygiene reasons certain jewellery items, such as earrings and hair accessories cannot be returned unless faulty.

Your legal rights are not affected. 

By credit & debit cards

We accept all major credit and debit cards. The card must be registered to the address where your order is to be sent. We are unable to accept Cards that are due to expire within the next 5 days. Card details are checked and verified by a third party and goods are despatched once authorisation has been obtained. We do not accept cheques.

Prices

The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax. The correct price will be shown on your delivery note.. All prices shown are cash prices in sterling. We reserve the right to alter or amend prices, to accept or reject orders, or to request part payment. Prices of goods displayed may differ from those in store. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time they were entered onto our database. Although we aim to keep the website as updated as possible, product descriptions appearing on this website at a particular time may not always exactly reflect the position at the time you place the order.

Availability 

All orders for products are subject to availability.

Complaints

Joya welcomes and learns from complaints. We aim to deal with complaints speedily and sympathetically. All complaints are logged, investigated and replied to.

Information Accuracy

While we will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of the information we place on the website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied, in relation to its accuracy. We make no warranty that the website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or server are free of viruses or bugs. We will not be responsible for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the website.

These conditions govern our relationship with you. The terms and conditions of this website and all such services and product offers herewith are governed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. By visiting the website and/or formulating requests for any services provided here, you consent that these conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

We will not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect loss or damage or for any loss of data, profit, revenue, business or management time, howsoever caused.

Shipping & Handling

Delivery costs are detailed on the website. Any additional costs will be notified to you by email at the time of order, or if the order is by telephone then any additional delivery costs will be advised of at the time the order is made.

All packages are sent via Royal Mail, all goods will require a signature upon delivery.
